Hello, my name is Mario Cardenas. I was born and raised in Blue Island, IL. Go White Sox!!! I started my career with Harrah’s Ak-Chin in 1994 as a Total Rewards Representative. I’ve worked in many capacities at Harrah's Ak-Chin including Casino Host, Player Development, and Senior Executive Host since 2009. When I’m not at work, I love playing baseball with my son and golf with my father.

Welcome! I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. I moved to sunny Arizona shortly after graduating from Missouri State University in 2012, with a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management. I started my gaming career with Harrah’s Ak-Chin as a VIP Host a month after relocating to AZ. I am a very driven and energetic person, and I pride myself on my professionalism. I enjoy what I do, and cherish the relationships I maintain with our guests. I love being in the exciting environment that Harrah’s is known for, and seek to provide a memorable experience with each and every guest.

I enjoy the Buffet, but would recommend the Filet from the Range Steakhouse. And I couldn’t enjoy the Filet without a loaded baked potato and grilled asparagus on the side.

Hello, my name is Felicia Lee and I love delighting guests with my Midwestern charm. I have worked at Harrah’s Ak-Chin since 2008 and have loved every minute of it. When I’m not working I love spending time with my three wonderful children. I also enjoy internet shopping. During your next visit, I recommend dining in The Range Steakhouse. My favorite dinner is the New York Strip and grilled asparagus. You can count on me to welcome you with a smile and to own your gaming experience.

I have been with Caesars Entertainment since 2005. I started my gaming career in Las Vegas, then joined the team at Harrah's Laughlin and have been a part of the Harrah's Ak-Chin family since 2010 as a Senior Executive Host.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my children, going to movies and playing a good game of hand and foot.

Whenever I eat at The Range Steakhouse I enjoy the ribs with a side of mac and cheese. You don't want to miss it. If I'm in the mood for a quick bite, I always prefer the shrimp basket from The Copper Cactus Grill.

The best part of my job is creating new relationship with our guests. I look forward to serving you in the near future.

Carlos Martinez is the name. I am Cuban-American (parents came from Havana in 1969), born and raised in Arizona. I have worked at Harrah's Ak-Chin since 2004.

When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Lola Bella. I also enjoy body building and am a complete music lover. I really enjoy going out dancing and am a self-taught piano player. 

During your next visit, I recommend enjoying breakfast in Agave's. My favorite dish is French Toast with bacon.

Welcome! I am Carey Sharp. I started my casino career with Harrah's St. Louis. I've been in the gaming industry since 1997, and have been at Harrah's Ak-Chin for the majority of that time. On your next visit, I recommend trying the Halibut from our Range Steakhouse. It is my favorite. When I'm away from work, I have the pleasure of spending time with my twin daughter and son.

Hello, I'm Brian Mitchell. I started working at Harrah's Ak-Chin in 2008 in Valet and was promoted to VIP Host in 2010. I have a handsome son and a daughter on the way. When I'm not working I spend time with my family or train Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts. I fight at a competitive level and am always continuing to better myself in the sport. I absolutely recommend enjoying the Gelato any time you visit The Buffet.

I have worked at Harrah’s Ak-Chin since 2003. I began my career in Total Rewards before being promoted to Senior Executive Host. In my spare time I love being with family and friends. Welcome! My name is Rethema Martinez and I am truly a native of Arizona – born and raised! I'm a Native American Indian from the Maricopa Tribe located southwest of Phoenix. I began my career in the gaming industry in 1995 at Harrah's Laughlin and I've been with Harrah's Ak-Chin since 2003.

During your next visit, I recommend trying the Roasted Norwegian Salmon in the Range Steakhouse or the crab legs from The Buffet. I absolutely love those dishes and I'm confident you will too. When I'm away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family.
